Couples Mastermind 2026

The one-day event where power couples
learn to build together.

Bring your battlemate

One day. Personal development for two. Not one of you. Both.

Press play, Andy & Jacqueline on what happens in that room

Couples only · Not counseling · Both of you in the room

Married. In business together.

This room builds
power couples.

Personal development is a solo sport. One of you is into it and the other isn't, or you both are, separately. He goes to the event. She reads the book. You each come home changed and hand the other the summary.

Two people growing in parallel is not a power couple. Couples Mastermind is one full day of development for two. Same room, same language, same plan, with people who are building at your level and a spouse who finally hears it at the same time you do.

AlignOne vision, one scoreboard, one set of standards. Stop running the most important partnership you have on instinct.
TrainHow to work together without competing, disagree without losing three days, and make each other better instead of taking turns being tired.
CreateThe business, the family, the life, the faith, built as one thing, on purpose, with both of your names on the plan.

The gap nobody names

You've both done the work.
Just never together.

You're not failing at this. You were taught how to build a company, lead a team, close a deal and read a P&L. Nobody ever taught either of you how to run the partnership underneath all of it, so you've been improvising the most important thing you have.

You've each been to the event. Never the same one.

Two people who invest in themselves constantly, and have never once sat in the same room, heard the same thing, and agreed on what to do about it. Everything you know about growth, you learned apart.

You plan everything except this

You have a plan for the quarter, the hire, the launch and the exit. Do you have one for the marriage? Not a feeling about it. Roles, money, how decisions get made, what you're both building toward and what's off the table.

She's not your wife. She's your battlemate.

Wife is the domestic word. Business partner is the transactional one. Neither describes someone who builds with you, fights with you, and carries things nobody else can see. Almost nobody trains that relationship.

The drive underneath it is creation

The business, the family, the life, the faith. What connects two people like you isn't the house or the revenue. It's the compulsion to create. Which is exactly why it cuts so deep when the two of you are creating in different directions.

Elliott

They built the fastest-growing sales training company in the world, from the same house, at the same kitchen table, with the same marriage they refused to put on the altar for it.

Andy trains the closers. Jacqueline holds the standard. Seventeen years married, and they've never treated the marriage and the company as two separate projects, which is exactly the thing almost nobody teaches, and the reason this room exists.

Let's clear this up first

Marriage counseling
wasn't built for
power couples.

Counseling is remedial. It exists to repair something that broke, and for couples who need it, it's genuinely valuable. That is not what this is, and it isn't who this is for.

You're not breaking. You're building. And building takes a completely different thing than repairing. A system, clear roles, a shared plan, a way to disagree that doesn't cost you three days, and a standard you both agreed to out loud.

That's training. Same as everything else that got you here. Nobody is sitting in a circle.

Give them the best of you, not the rest of you.

One dayEternal impact
  • Why the couple who wins isn't the one that never fights, and the difference between a fight that builds and a fight that erodes.
  • How to divide the business without dividing the marriage: clean lanes, clear decisions, and the end of running your company through an argument.
  • The conversation most couples avoid for a decade, and how to have it in twenty minutes with someone in the room holding you to it.
  • How to disagree hard and resolve fast so it never bleeds into the kids, the team or the next twelve hours.
  • What Andy and Jacqueline do every single week to stay chosen. The standards they've refused to move on, no matter what the business was doing.
  • How to rebuild attraction on purpose instead of waiting for it to come back on its own. It doesn't come back on its own.
  • The scoreboard problem: why two people can both be working brutally hard and still feel like the other one isn't pulling their weight.
  • How to protect the marriage while you scale. What to say yes to, what to kill, and who gets your sharpest hours.
  • Money, roles and resentment: how to talk about all three without it turning into the same fight you've had eleven times.
  • How to leave with one written plan you both signed, and the accountability structure that makes it survive past Wednesday.

What you take home

You don't leave inspired.
You leave aligned.

Alignment

One plan, both signatures

Not his goals and her goals. One written 12-month plan for the marriage, the money and the business that you both put your name on before you leave the room.

Communication

A way to fight that builds

The exact language Andy and Jacqueline use to disagree hard, land it fast, and never let it leak into the kids or the company.

Roles

Clean lanes at work

Who owns what, who decides what, and how to stop running a business through a marriage argument at ten o'clock at night.

Standards

Non-negotiables that hold

Faith, health, phones, time, presence. The daily standards that actually move a marriage, set together, out loud, with a room as your witness.

Network

A room of battlemates

Couples building at your level who understand the pressure you're under, and who'll still be in your phone next year.

Momentum

Proof it moves fast

Most couples arrive hoping for a tune-up. One day in the right room moves things people have been stuck on for a decade.

What this is really about

Power couples
don't maintain.
They create.

A company. A family. A life. A faith. Something that outlasts you both. That drive is the reason you found each other in the first place. And two people in full alignment on a mission of creation is the most powerful force there is.

It's also one of the hardest things on earth to pull off, and almost nobody is taught how. Andy and Jacqueline didn't build a company and then protect a marriage from it. They built the company, the family and the life as one act of creation, together, for seventeen years.

That's the whole thing they're teaching.

Come build it aligned. One full day. Both of you in the room. Both names on the plan.

Before you register

This room isn't
for everyone.

We'd rather you self-select out now than take a seat from a couple who's ready.

Come if

  • You're married or engaged and you're both coming, this is a two-seat room.
  • You build together, a company, a family, a life, and you intend to keep going.
  • You want to develop together, not send each other summaries of what you learned apart.
  • You're willing to say the hard thing out loud in front of your spouse.
  • You want your kids to inherit a marriage worth copying, not just a business.
  • You'd rather be corrected than comfortable.

Skip it if

  • You're coming alone, or dragging a spouse who doesn't want to be there.
  • You want a keynote to sit through instead of a full day of training to work through.
  • You've already decided nothing can change.

Before you ask

Questions.

Is this marriage counseling?

No. Counseling is remedial. It exists to repair something that broke, and it's genuinely valuable for couples who need it. This is training for couples who are building. You'll get a system, roles, a shared plan and a way to disagree that doesn't cost you three days. Nobody sits in a circle.

Only one of us is really into personal development. Will this work?

That's the most common situation in the room, and it's exactly the gap this event exists to close. Most couples have one partner who pursues growth and one who doesn't, or two who pursue it separately and compare notes afterward. One full day in the same room, hearing the same thing at the same time, is the entire point.

How much is it, and what happens after we submit?

Pricing depends on how you're joining us and how many seats are left, so we handle it on a short call rather than a checkout page. Submitting the form doesn't commit you to anything and there's no payment today. A member of our team calls, answers your questions, and confirms your two seats if it's a fit.

Do we both have to come?

Yes. This is a couples event and the work only happens when you're both in the seat. Registration covers the two of you.

What if our marriage is in a rough spot right now?

Then you're exactly who this was built for. Nobody in that room is pretending. You will not be put on the spot, and nothing said in the room leaves it.

What if our marriage is already good?

Good is where most couples stop, and good is what quietly turns into distant. If you're already strong, a full day of intentional work on top of that is how you stay that way while you scale.

Do we have to be in sales or own a business?

No. This is built for couples building something together. A company, a career, a family. If one of you carries the business and the other carries the home, you'll get just as much out of it.

What is Friday, and do we have to come?

Friday is a bonus day, and it's optional. We open the doors the night before for the Elliott Army workout and open networking, so you can meet the room before the main event. The Couples Mastermind itself is all day Saturday, September 12. Most couples fly in Friday and do both, but if you can only make Saturday you won't miss any of the curriculum.

Are travel and hotel included?

No. Flights and accommodation are on you. Once your seats are confirmed we'll send hotel recommendations near the venue.

Can we bring the kids?

This one is adults only. Arrange childcare before you book. The weekend only works when neither of you is half in the room.

How do we get in?

Submit the form above with both of your names. A member of the team will call to confirm your seats and walk you through the rest.

You already call yourselves a power couple. Come learn to operate like one.

Saturday, September 12, 2026 at The Lion's Den in Scottsdale, Arizona. Plus a bonus day on Friday if you come in early. Development for two, not one of you, both. Bring your battlemate.
